By asking a commission from me you agree to my Terms of Service

(For example: A bust color with an extra character would be $55+$27.50=$82.50)

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without reason or explanation.

All communications between the client and myself will be conducted and documented via email or IM.

Ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

Private contact information will not be shared with clients.

If the Commission is for Commercial Purpose, I must be notified prior to the start of work.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

Violation of any of my Terms of Agreement will result in a ban from commissioning me again in the future.

All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

Unless agreed otherwise, the main method of payment is Stripe and PayPal.

If payment is made in installments, ownership of the Commission will only pass from the Artist to the Client on receipt of payment in full.

Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal invoices.

PayPal invoices will be sent to the client once the details of the commission(s) have been determined.

The client has one week to make their payment in full. Otherwise, the commission will be canceled.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.

Full refunds are issued only at the start of the commission before the first sketch is sent.

If the client wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed. The client will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be banned from commissioning me again.

Commissions will be completed in the order that I receive payment and references.

The time for the commission to be completed can take 1-2 months.

One small or large revision will be accepted during the sketch phase.

Only two small revisions will be accepted during the coloring phase.

I will not accept large revisions after the sketch phase.

WIP sketches will be sent for approval and will not continue the work until the sketches are approved

The time for a Vtuber model commission to be completed can take 1-4 months.

Revisions on Vtuber models will be taken on a case by case basis.

I will not start the commission until payment and references have been received.

Rushed jobs will include a fee.

After a commission is finished one small change can be made such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

However, any large changes will come with an extra charge such an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

Clients have one month from the date of completion to contact me after the piece is completed.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

Please make sure to be clear in your descriptions.

I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution.

I’m allowed to use the copyrighted commission to:

Promote myself with in any place or site.

Publish books with.

Display it in my portfolio.

Post it wherever I want.

The client is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

The client has the option to buy commercial rights to the commissioned art.

Details would be discussed individually.

Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

None of my works may be used in the usage or training of AI technology.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.

Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

I retain no responsibility or liability for what the client or third parties do with the commission once it is done.
